Guided visit to the charming village of Auvers-sur-Oise which was the meeting place of artists of the Impressionist Period. The name of the village is linked to Van Gogh's stay and he is buried in the cemetery of Auvers. See the Auberge Ravoux where he lived, his grave and some of the scenes he made so famous in his paintings. After a drive through the impressionnist scenery, lunch will be served in the American Museum at Giverny. In the afternoon, visit Claude Monet's home and studio on your own followed by a guided walk in the famous gardens. Return to Paris at 5:30pm. Guided visit in English and French. Note : This tour operates during the summer season only - April to October.
