At the far western end of Normandy just at the limit of Brittany, the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel is the largest one in Europe. In the Middle Ages, monks decided to build a wonderful abbey on top of the rock. It is still one of the most famous monuments in the World. Program of the day : Stop at Alençon. Arrival at Mont-Saint-Michel. Free time for the Abbey visit and for shopping. Return to Paris via the Normandy motorway. Note : This tour operates during the summer season only, April to October.
